What is Your Return Policy

We carry several different products and each type has it’s own return policy. Any product which is returnable will be subject to a 30% restocking fee unless otherwise noted in the product description. You must obtain an Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number before returning any product.

Many of the products which we carry, such as bath tub lifts and toilet lifts are not returnable due to hygiene and sanitation issues. Stair lifts and other specialty products which are produced to a users specifications and are not returnable.
